2012-05-17 U16 Girls tryouts Wednesday May 23rd and Thursday May 24th,  6pm-8pm, Riverview High School field.

2012-05-12 U14 Girls Practice on Tuesday May 15th, 6:00pm at Malcolm Munroe School field. Practice Wednesday May 17th as well at 6pm at Malcolm.

2012-05-12 U16 Girls will have tryouts this season.  The first session is expected to be on Wednesday May 23rd. Players will be contacted.

2012-04-29 Final registration for Riverview Soccer will be Saturday May 5th at 2pm-4pm

 at the Spanish River Hall, 1842 Kings Road (Route 4), Sydney River

There will likely be board positions open next year - for those who are interested.

2011-08-23 Congratulations to the Riverview U12B Girls for their win in the Cape Breton Cup, annual league tournament played August 20th-21st at the CB Health and Recreation complex.

2011-08-09 Congratulations to the Riverview Fire U14B Girls for their win in the Cape Breton Cup, annual league tournament played August 6-7th at the CB Health and Recreation complex. Gold medal game was won 2-0 against Glace Bay. Goal scorers were Mary Jean (MJ) Ripley and Kelsie Ferguson.

2011-07-27 Congratulations to the Riverview Strikers U16A Girls for their win in the Cape Breton Cup, annual league tournament played July 23/24 at the CB Health and Recreation complex.  The gold was won in a shootout with the winning goal by Emily Latimer.

2011-07-12 Congratulations to the Riverview U12B Girls team who won Gold at the Gunn Baldursson memorial tournament at Acadia-Wolfville July 8-10th.  The team defeated Halifax County United 3-0 in the final. Way to go girls!

2011-06-05 U12 Girls: The next tryout session for the U-12 Girls competitive team will be Tuesday, June 7th from 6:00-7:30 at the Dome at CBU.  All players are asked to bring $2.00 to help with the cost of renting the dome.  The session will be run by Soccer Cape Breton Technical Director Mike Whyatt.

2011-05-30 U12 Girls - thank you to those who tried out for the U12 competitive team. This year there are more than 50 U12 girls so determining the team is difficult.  The decided team will be posted on Thursday June 2nd. Click on the Team Practices/Tryouts/Results menu on the left.
